Your 2027 Plan Says “AI.” Now What?
It's the second week of November. Your leadership team is crammed into a conference room with a whiteboard, a tray of bagels going stiff, and a 2027 plan due before Thanksgiving.
Somebody uncaps a marker and writes “AI.”
Everybody nods. Nobody reaches for the marker again.
So “AI” shrinks into a bullet point. “Explore opportunities.” Owner: TBD. Budget: TBD. Next November it'll still be on that whiteboard, gathering dust like the treadmill that became a coat rack.
To be fair, your team isn't ignoring AI. They're buried in it. Every vendor stamped “AI-powered” on their invoice. Every webinar promises a revolution. Half your staff tried ChatGPT once, and now you've got twelve opinions and ZERO projects.
You don't have an AI problem
You have a first-step problem.
The big guys aren't smarter than you. They just erased “explore” and wrote three names next to three projects.
Now picture your team next spring. Your bookkeeper stops retyping invoices. Your sales lead walks into Monday with call notes already written. Your ops manager leaves at 5:30, and the work still gets done.
What I help teams build
That's what I help teams build during planning season. One working session, 12 to 30 people, in Atlanta or on video:
- We trace where your team's hours leak out.
- We hunt down the boring, repetitive work AI can carry.
- You walk out with 3 AI projects for 2027, ranked, each with an owner, a first step, and a 90-day finish line.
Back to that whiteboard
Same marker. Under “AI” there are three lines now. Three names. Three dates.
And next November, somebody gets to cross them off.
A plan without owners is just a wish list.
What's sitting under “AI” on your 2027 plan right now?
If your plan locks before Thanksgiving, grab a workshop date or email me.
